Shipping & Policies

At BAYTEC, we know that the information you provide us about you and your company is very important to you. That's why we never sell, rent, lend or otherwise divulge information about our customers to anyone for any reason.

We use the information you give us only to process your orders and maintain your account. If you use a credit card when ordering, we provide that information to the credit card processing company, then destroy the information after each transaction. We never store your credit card number.

Of course, we like to stay in touch with you, so from time to time you may receive our catalogs, news letters and other BAYTEC  mailings, as well as fax or e-mail messages about our products and services. If for any reason you don't wish to be contacted in any or all of these ways, just e-mail us and we'll mark our records accordingly (but we'll be so disappointed that you don't want to hear from us!)

At the present time UPS does not have a system that will accurately calculate shipping cost for multiple commercial Items that are sold on our Web Site. We Try to give you the lowest shipping price by packing as many items as possible in each box, in addition some items such as 55 gal drums are not packaged in a box to save you money, therefore the shipping cart total  DOES NOT include freight charges. We get estimates from all Major shippers to get you the best cost. Most Large orders (4+ Drums) Will be shipped by truck Freight which offers a substantially lower shipping cost then the single drum rate.

Shipping Charges will be added to your bill and emailed to you for your approval before shipment. If you do not cancel the order the items will be Shipped in 2-3 days after your order has been processed.  Please call are email to either have your order shipped sooner or to cancel.
 

NOTICE: Tracking Numbers Can only be emailed, Please do not call for a tracking Number. If you did not receive your tracking Number, email us and we will email it back to you. Thank You

Orders can be placed by phone, or sent by mail, fax, or email.
We DO NOT do COD orders.

Delivery is normally by UPS, FEDEX and USPS. For UPS and Fedex shipments please
provide a physical street address. UPS or FEDEX will not deliver to a PO Box. Larger
orders will be shipped by truck Freight

If you want us to use your UPS or Federal Express account for shipments,
please provide us with your shipper's account number.
 

Warranty

we honor the manufacturer's warranty policy. If you have a question
about the warranty or guarantee on a particular manufacturer or product, please
contact BAYTEC

RETURN POLICY

We have 100% satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order Please call for a return authorization

and we will refund your Money less shipping charges.

All Refunds will be made less Actual shipping Charges,  I Preauthorization and return address is required before returning. "Refunds will not be accepted with-out Preauthorization." "Damaged or used goods will not receive a refund."


ALL SALES are CONSIDERED FINAL, we do NOT sell on a trial basis
without an advanced agreement. Unauthorized returns are NOT accepted. Refused or Undeliverable orders will incur shipping charges. If you have a defective item, or feel you need to return an item, please contact us by
phone, fax, email or mail to obtain a return material authorization number( RMA)  "Refunds will not be accepted with-out Preauthorization."

Privacy Policy:

We DO NOT sell our mailing list. We request your phone number on
orders to insure that the product will reach you and this number may appear on the shipping lable and is required by the
the shipping Company. All phone numbers are kept CONFIDENTIAL. We DO
NOT make telemarketing calls to try to sell you anything.
